Remarks: This wine represents a true excellence within the common trend of creating de-classed wines. Produced on Amarone crus, it is nevertheless delivered as a simple “Vino Rosso” (red wine), free of denominations and restrictions. But the simple description shall fool no one. It conceives a product of fantastic quality, which takes full advantage of the no-denomination label to deliver a creative and mastery blend of local grapes. The result is truly stunning! Size: 0.75 lt. Alcohol Content: 15%.
Varieties/Blends: Corvina 70% – Rondinella 20%- Molinara 5% – Rosignola 5%
Soil: Prevalently red and brown soils on detritus, marl and basalt.
Picking: Carefully selected grapes from high elevation hills, hand harvested.
Aging: In oak barrels and barriques for 2 years, subsequently resting in steel and bottle.
Colour: Ruby red, with garnet reflexes.
Aroma: Extremely rich bouquet, small ripe fruits and spices, hints of cocoa, coffee and tobacco.
Taste: Full. It releases to the palate a blend of scents of alcohol-preserved small fruits, chocolate and coffee.
