THIS WINE IS PRODUCED FROM 100% PINOT NOIR GRAPES AND REVEALS ELEGANT AND FINE AROMAS, INTRIGUING WITH SILKY AND CREAMY TANNINS.

Training Technique: Spurred Cordon, with vine density of 6,000-7,000 vines per ha.

Exposure: North. The vineyards are nestled between oak woods that ensure colder climates.
Altitude: 350 m a.s.l.
Harvest Period: First decade of September.
Aging: 24 months in French Oak barrique and 8 months aging in the bottle.
Aroma: Round and fresh, with notes of violet and raspberry.
Taste: Sweet notes of wood and spices provide a silky and soft aftertaste.
Food & Context Pairing: Red and white meats, meditation. Best served around 16 deg. C.
