Refund requests must be presented in writing to email@example.com and be properly documented. They will not be considered if more than 48 hours have lapsed after the transaction was made.
All refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. A refund request will imply an inspection of the goods in case the refund request is likely to be accepted and their return upon acceptance, in case we decide to request it. Refund payments requests, in case they are accepted, will be settled via PayNow circa 7 days upon accepting the said request. All refund payments carry a 3% administrative charge to be deducted from the total transaction amount. Delivery charges are not refundable.
We only deliver to valid Singapore addresses on the main island. No restricted or limited access areas, no P.O. boxes, no freight forwarding locations are considered as accepted delivery locations.
Our delivery time is from 10 am to 7 pm and, although we will indicate a time estimate, no specific delivery time can be guaranteed. Drivers will contact customers in case of delays but they are not allowed to willfully change their delivery schedule.
In the event that no one is available to receive the goods at destination, unless specified in writing in the delivery instructions at the order, the goods shall not be left at the doorstep. They shall instead be returned to our warehouse and next delivery shall have to be agreed upon and be subject to a new delivery charge.
